By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Alessio Cassano.
Alessio Cassano is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The WhattaWatch app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide my Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the WhattaWatch app won’t work properly or at all.
The app does use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Alessio Cassano will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Alessio Cassano cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Alessio Cassano cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Alessio Cassano cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Alessio Cassano’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Alessio Cassano accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for the both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Alessio Cassano does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
Free Use. You may use some functionalities and features of WhattaWatch free of charge. You may, but are not required to, provide us with your name and email address in connection with such use. Notably, WhattaWatch will be limited for free use, and you will not have access to all of the functionalities and features available to paid users.
Paid Services. We also offer subscription plans and in-app purchases that provide access to enhanced services and additional features for a fee (“Purchased Content”).
Age Restriction. You may only use the Purchased Content if you are over 18 years old (or of age of legal majority where you live, if different), and only on a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable basis.
Payment Method. You may purchase a Purchased Content within App or were allowed within Website through a third party, such as Apple App Store, Google Play or other payment processor (“Payment Processor”). If you purchase the Purchased Content from a third party, separate terms and conditions with such third party in addition to these terms may apply to your access to WhattaWatch. Payment for Purchased Content will be charged to a credit/debit card or another payment method (the “Payment Method”) after you choose one of our Purchased Content and confirm your purchase.
You agree to promptly notify WhattaWatch of any changes to the Payment Method you provided while any subscriptions remain outstanding. You are responsible for all applicable fees and charges incurred, including applicable taxes. If payment is not received by us from the Payment Method you provided, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us. Objections to a payment already made or cancellation requests should be directed to email whattawatchofficial@gmail.com.
Renewals. Your payment to the third party through which you purchased Purchased Content, if any subscription period is applicable, will automatically renew and continue until terminated. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid paying the subscription fees for the next billing period.
Refunds. Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
Apple App Store or Google Play Refunds. We are unable to view, access, or modify any financial transactions from Apple (as defined below) or Google LLC in-app subscriptions for security and privacy reasons. Instead, we would ask that you reach out to the appropriate support team of Apple or Google LLC in relation to your subscription to request any refunds.
Your purchase will be subject to Apple App Store or Google Play applicable payment policy, which may or may not allow for refunds. Please contact the third party (Apple App Store or Google Play support) regarding any refunds or to manage your Purchased Content. You can request a refund for an Apple in-app subscription or purchase by following the guidance here. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN AND SUBJECT TO MANDATORY LEGISLATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR THE PURCHASED CONTENT FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR THE UNUSED PURCHASED CONTENT, WHETHER YOUR LOSS WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.
Cancelation of Services. You can cancel your Purchased Content by signing in to your account and following the in-app instructions for canceling your subscription. Please note that if you purchase a Purchased Content through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you may cancel your Purchased Content in accordance with the policies set forth by Apple and Google. Upon canceling of subscription you will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your Purchased Content and you will continue to receive WhattaWatch ordered until the end of your current subscription period.
Changes in Pricing. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing that will be applicable to your future purchases for WhattaWatch or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.
Promotion and Discount Codes. You may have access to a free trial period in accordance with certain promotional offers. Any promotion code or offer provided by us may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offer, past or present. Introductory offers are only available to new users of WhattaWatch, except where expressly stated otherwise. Previous users or trial users of the WhattaWatch do not qualify as new users. Unless otherwise set forth in the terms of any promotion, all pricing promotions or discounts will apply to the initial period of the subscription, and any renewals will be charged at the non-discounted rate for the type of subscription purchased.
Changes to This Terms and Conditions
I may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
